Bit of a late changelog for me at 2am! Don't get used to it 
I did a lot of setting up required for the Nassau/autumn 2021 event today, a lists worth. The take away is that I was able to open to the staff team for alpha testing for initial bugs!
We already fixed a few launch issues tonight and have a few tweaks to make, as always it'll be constantly changing but already good progress on big thing's!
Once initial alpha testings over we will move to beta for the community and then public!

Survival - Save Port Nassau is Live!
I haven't been posting changes while we setup, so this is going to be a recap of changes for reference.
Posting on behalf of @CallieMav for his recent changes & Initial setup:
Created 26 custom mobs and 6 boss mobs
Created over 170+ custom items with attributes and items to trade
Created over 100+ mob spawners across the map and random spawns
Created drop tables for events & mobs
Increased all of the 4 pirate lords base damage.
Lowered Pets health. So they can get gone.
Increase toughness and new acid spit on piranha, They can now pull players into the water sometimes.
Added boss skill to set players invisibility to 0 every 5s to prevent loot stealers in invis.
Nerfed deckhand, buffed Chief
Constant changes to drop rates, theres a lot of mobs and items! 
Survival - Save Port Nassau is Live!
I haven't been posting changes while we setup, so this is going to be a recap of changes for reference.
Opened /warp event to everyone.
Created Holograms/Portals/Warps/Npcs/Animated smoke at event spawn & portal at cove.
Created backstory/lore for NPC's, Populated all trades in NPCS and item showoff.
Created boss spawns via pressure plates + item device signs
Created custom map that shows boss locations as markers
Created new Alpha/Beta testing system for opening events, it was very successful.
Created marker on live map for spawn
Added a title when you visit port nassau
Denied sleep on entire island region
Blacklisted spawn_eggs on island (does not block beast eggs, which was the purpose)
Created custom cooldown script for bosses set at 3mins (can change if required)
Trader NPC has had arrows changes twice, still needs a third update to happen yet.

New /kits system! Thanks to @Bombniks for converting all the old kits to this new GUI based /kits system!
GUI based, so you can just /kits and click, ain't nobody got time for commands!
We can use my Treasure World so players can design kit items now! And I can swap them out LIVE! Let's do it live!
Armour can auto get placed in armour slots if you're naked.
We can "Preview" kits that you unlock later, at present I have this disabled to not confuse people.
A live countdown timer is shown when you hover over kits (Ignore the 10s ones on the 1 time use items!)
We can have a redeem number now! Have limited kit uses!
Everyone gets another parrot redeem due to this being a new kit plugin, it has to record you have "claimed" it, this wont be the same for rankup prizes as I used permissions for them (smort)
You can still use the command based kits like /kit cadet
I know the firstmate is in the wrong place, theres no reason it should be there, Ive opened a ticket with the dev!
More options for later are Separate names/Descriptions/Placeholders from any plugin/Custom icons/groups/weights/conditions

Added another favorite [item] is back! The plugin got updated and it seems I must be the first person to test it, as its doing all sorts of weird things to formatting with <> around names and oddities, sending messages twice and showing the [i] before the messages! its kind of working...
The developer already has given me a new version to test! â¤ī¸
You do not need to report these issues if this turns out that peolpe use this to spam I will remove the plugin again until the developer can fix them.

Fixed the firstmate kit item showing in the correct place now.

Added a new item design plugin that adds a whole ton of extra options for unique items, including attributes, avalible to @Media and above for now. hold an item and use /ie edit its GUI based!

Created /advent system (custom made with scripts & the NPC plugin) Due to our new /kits system having a bug with reloading kits live.
Should each day automatically from 1st Dec to 25th dec put a new advent item into /advent Everything's active, so we will find out at 00:01 GMT tonight (I think that triggers earlier for USA folks) I'll be asleep by that time, so tomorrow morning I will check if its worked.
If you open it now on the 30th Nov, it will obviously be empty (Don't be dense)

Fixed the @Helper and @Builder @Build Leader now auto loading from in-game ranks, turns out one of my website optimizations plugins broke my javascript! Disabled this "feature" and they are up and working again after some trial and error!
Updated the online user widget with all staff!

Updated Community manager role to now be @deleted-role (Similar to @Build Leader) so will be shown under the @Media Section now.

New random teleport portal at /spawn this works for everyone, and this works across the whole world including new 1.18 parts! I just landed on the top of a big snowy mountain!
New messages for when you use random teleport portals on the overworld/nether, much cleaner.

Temp disabled using grindstones until a patch is pushed up stream to fix a bug
Added a trade for the Autumn21 Treasure Chest key for a Winter21 Treasure Chest key at /warp cove via the Tradesman NPC.

Grindstones are back working! Updated server software which fixed some poor grindstone behavior, massive thank you to @encode42 for developing these fixes!
Fixes bug with Grindstones not removing Attributes/Item name & lore from items.
This means you can finally remove kit and event item names/lore! Sadly you cant use your golden apples in the grindstone to make cider!
Solves bug of pirates removing balancing enchants from event items to make them super OP!
Solves keeping Event/kit items as collectibles without them being modified and be able to stay balanced!
Removed the block & message from grindstones in all worlds.
Removed the compression between survival <-> bungee, wasn't sure it did anything.

Updated the maximum allowed players across all servers, and higher limit for "maximum" users to 75/50 on survival, which should give us some leeway to allow staff to bypass. Just a note to staff, please don't push us past 55 online, we can barely handle 50/50 on 1.18 
We will get back there!
Added settings so I can setup a test server again (Whitelist staff only) so I can start playing around with performance tweaks not live! This whole re-building the server process is bonkers time consuming!

Fixed the netherite axe in the Winter21 Treasure chest actually spawning with a name when it's won. I guess DM me if you won one that didn't spawn with a name and I will replace it at some point.

Big woopsie happened while I was at work, the Disk got full on the dedi, because I still had all the transfer files, the whole 1.12 and 1.17 version of the server which was taking up most of the space and the backups are absolutely enormous now.
Sadly with how java works, when the disk gets full, it randomly just wipes files, this included the world borders! it looks like a bunch of you made a mad dash for the end cities!
So I would highly suggest giving your out of border loot back to @Moderator or @Admin so you were not exploiting any server glitches! (We will be looking it up!)
So I had to push a bunch of backups for files that randomly died. I most likely didn't get all of them so if you see any odd behavior from plugins pop a message into #deleted-channel
The "discord linked" files also got whacked, so you may need to re-discord link.
I figured out the TPS drops when the treasure key is dropped, it was nothing to do with the dropkey code, it was somehow the schedule system I used that told it how often to drop, it wasn't a plugin but part of my wrapper, extremely strange. So I have moved all my automatic schedules to the premium essentials plugin, sadly this does not look like its bloody doing them on time! 1 step forward 4 steps back!
All in all a pretty negative day

Pre-warning pirates, 1.18 terrain generation is completely different to our 1.17.10 - 1.17, so regen will not blend in with existing terrain! You have been pre-warned! This will be a massive ongoing process over time!

Re-enabled limits to armor stands that we lost when we moved entity limiting plugins, apparently this new one didn't limit armor stands at all and pirates been abusing it already! Ever wonder why we cant have nice things?
Re-enabled limit of 10 armor stands per chunk.
Disabled armor stands being pushed in water, somehow the only way to do this is to disable their gravity apparently, so this may cause more issues, we will have to see.
Disabled dispenser dispensing armor stands, have only ever seen this used for lag machines, if there is a legitimate use-case mention the use-case to staff and we can decide.

You'll get a title/message in chat when you enter the area.
Its just a community shared garden space! Not for claiming areas or shops! No shops signs allowed!
We've already had a penis made before its even been announced I'm 95% sure I will have to remove this community garden, but I was just curious what you will all do here as.

Re-added Racist filter & automated punishments. Now way more aggressive punishing. After years of testing with tempmutes I cant see many false positives, if it does false positive people can request it be removed form their record.

Anyone that tricks people to use it will get the same punishments

âšī¸ Deckhand Claims ChestClaimDays & UnusedClaimDays are for the brand new claims with your first chest (Deckhands claims), Unused claims are empty claims that have not had anything built in them, or just trash like cobble and dirt. ChestClaimDays is a straight up empty claim with nothing in it.
âšī¸ The All Claims checks 1 random player every 1 min from the claims database, if they have been inactive 90 days it then checks if they have more than 1000 claim blocks or more than 2500 bonus blocks (Vote/Buying in-game/Store etc) if they do they they are ignored and their claims are permanent.
If the players gets checked randomly, they are offline 90 days and don't have those values then their claims are removed.
It is aggressive to clean up as many old claims as we can automatically, then once we are happy we will make it much higher, but most peolpe already bypass by having enough claim blocks or bonus blocks already and are safe!

âšī¸ This description is terrible, I will try and write a better one for the guide page thats easier to understand after I have done some better research, heres a bit of background by me from years ago and seems to be the only documentation for the plugin I can find!

@Contributor you gained /toggle to /toggle pm, /toggle join and /toggle death to toggle receiving those messages in chat!
âšī¸ Everyone else remember you can /ignore annoying people and you can also /ch Leave the global chat altogether! So you can play in silence! it will auto re-enable when you log off and on again!
âšī¸ I accidentally found /l today which I didn't know listed all online players, not sure how helpful that will be, but it exists!
All staff @Helper I added /g as an alias to talk in global chat, so if you are toggled in a staff chat you can now use /g shut the fudge up landlubbers! Next reboot itll work with tab complete.

Added a bypass permission for @Contributor to not receive Chat Missive group that advertise the store as you are already a contributor! This is entirely untested and i'm going off what the developers told me is the correct way to set this up haha, so I'll have to test it works when i'm home.
For @Admin I gave the /an announcement a default color to yellow, I have no idea why the default was grey that you cant read.
Modified the racist filter regex to hopefully not false positive again, but it is regex and i'm not the smartest man, so never say never!
âšī¸ Did you know? You can post spotify.com links in chat to songs/playlists to share/listen with others, these bypass the advert filter!

Added /rr and /rl for next reboot, as alias for /rotate right and /rotate left for sailing ships Via @_con suggestion, Will take effect tomorrows reboot.

Updated the Bungee server network compression for sending data between client & server. This will take effect from the next bungee reboot tomorrow morning.

Added /pilot for everyone. This allows you to pilot any ship without signs! This means that ships can be fully used entirely without signs!
For example you would use /pilot dhow this has a 30 second cooldown, as I'm not sure why anyone would need to mass use this command fast!

Easier to teach new players how to sail and I can write it on the ships they buy too
Got some ideas for later on with this...
May make some ships easier to steal if they don't have a lock on them (Piston) Bonus points for stealing ships around warps that are just left in the sea! FREE SHIPS!

Removed the /siege cooldown on the command due to people screwing up the command and not being able to use it again for an hour, this was left over legacy.
Fixed title when you kill someone no longer showing %otherplayer_iteminhand_<player>% and should display the item name again. This was due to me not installing the placeholder add-on for it.
âšī¸ We are aware that the /siege in the default GriefPrevention sucks and there are issues with it, as mentioned in https://piratemc.com/2022/01/15/piratecraft-updated-6-minecraft-versions-to-1-18-1/ Our old version was a Fork of GP, which means we require an active developer to keep our forked version updated.
What I would much prefer is a custom siege mechanic to my design specs as its own standalone plugin, but again it requires a developer. Please just be patient until we find someone that has the time to do such a project. The Siege blocks are not working at present and after testing today seems like an issue with the actual plugin itself.

I have replaced the siege command with a message that explains that we are awaiting someone to fix it, someone must have broken it when they updated GP to 1.17/1.18.

Gave Deckhands a spawn kit again, turns out since 1.18 not a single deckhand has been giving a starting kit! they have been naked and empty! So any of them that have stuck around are top pirates! Looks like I never set it up to use the new GUI kit system when we did that change and it was using the old text version that broke!

Gave Deckhands some more starting food in their spawnkit and also some carrots/potatoes for a small farm because they used to be able to search the spawn ship for these things but the plugin that refilled these chest hasn't been updated in 6 years and does not work on 1.18!

Improving your ping Introducing dynamic render distance for those with poor internet connections to dynamically reduce render distance when you have poor connection, also good for people with intermittent wifi!
Reduced how aggressive the anti-xray is, this is still on, but its going to be way less aggressive, I was reading PR's to the server software and a comment mentioned that having the anti xray turned to max actually sends more packets of data to peolple! Why this isn't commented in the docs I have no idea.

1.18 doubled the packet data sent to players, which has proven problematic for people further away to any Minecraft server, not just PirateCraft or just poor internet connections. Couple this with larger render distance and players not changing their render distance from default (Even after repeatedly asking them to do it!) this means maximum render distance of 7 chunks is being sent with these new 1.18 double data per chunk, choking peoples connections.
I have decided to look into methods to dynamically change peolpes render that does not require them to change their client settings, before I drop the render back down to 4, as a lot of us prefer having the option to have larger render (I do).
I did a poll, 90% of players just use default client values, and/or are worried about changing client settings.
âšī¸ The server software actually respects your client settings if you change your render distance in client the server sends less packets of data for chunks to you! YOU have control and need to be adapting your settings still.
âšī¸ If this does not work, I have another plan that I will implement of a hard render of 4 and my own custom opt in command to toggle 7 render without this dynamic plugin

Re-created the webpage redirect for https://mc.piratemc.com and gave it an SSL cert, for some reason some people try and use this as a website address instead of a server connection, so now this redirects to the website if they try and put the server IP into a browser, I had this before I had to re-build the server.

There's a hard limit of 100 crew channels that can be made (100 crews) due to limits with Discord channels, so its first come first serve.

Locker is back up and working! When I moved from 1.12.2 to 1.18, I decided to get rid of the per-world inventory plugin as it was a massive overhead saving every single persons inventory every time you interacted with something, this was only on the server to have a separate inventory for the Locker! So I wrote a script today to that saves/restores inventory when entering and leaving the locker. Took the time to improve it while I was at it.
@Moderator @Admin Locker now requires a reason, which is saved as a Warning to the player so they know the reason they were sent to the locker and its logged.
/locker <username> <reason> (You have no idea how tempted I was to locker people automatically that try this command that do not have permission )
Now forces a reason/warning.
Custom message is sent with the warning message to the user thats been sent to the player, see screenshot.
Inv is saved then wiped when entering the locker, so players always have fresh inventories if they have visited the locker before.
Inventory is restored when getting yourself out of the locker or staff use /unlocker (Even more tempted to wipe inv if people thy this while in the locker)
Manual unlockers are logged to mod chat so staff can see it.
âšī¸ WTF is the locker?
The locker is a punishment, its a purgatory world that I came up with. You are sent here with no tools, armor, food which you cannot get in this world!
The only way to get out is to mine sand by hand, buy sand Dollars and then use those Sand Dollars to pay Davy Jones to pay your debt out of this world!

Villagers seem to still be the number one source of server resources, even after that mini purge for liming them per chunk! I underestimated how rubbish their path finding/POI system is! If anyone can find a better POI replacement for Villagers, PLEASE send it to me! I cant seem to find a replacement, other than a plugin that you right click a block on them to set their profession, then the POI may be entirely disabled? Not sure.
Trialing a hard nerf on giant villager farms, those with over 50 villagers+ all within 160 blocks of each other, this is reversible and can be changed live, so don't panic.
A hard nerf means these two settings are added: remove-awareness Removes the entity's ability to pathfind.
and disable-collisions Stops the entity from colliding with other entities.
They should still function as villagers! This should hopefully stop them all trying to find a Point of interest, especially those giant farms with pre 1.14 villagers of players that are long gone with mammoth farms with old villagers in that have no profession! These will all have to be cleared up by admins over time.
Just be in contact with staff if this somehow drastically changes villy farms (Other than setting POI), I will only be able to know if this makes a big difference when we are full again, so I may need to wait until the weekend

I did a lot of setting up required for the Nassau/autumn 2021 event today, a lists worth. The take away is that I was able to open to the staff team for alpha testing for initial bugs!

Grindstones are back working! Updated server software which fixed some poor grindstone behavior, massive thank you to @encode42 for developing these fixes!
Fixes bug with Grindstones not removing Attributes/Item name & lore from items.
This means you can finally remove kit and event item names/lore! Sadly you cant use your golden apples in the grindstone to make cider!
Solves bug of pirates removing balancing enchants from event items to make them super OP!
Solves keeping Event/kit items as collectibles without them being modified and be able to stay balanced!
Removed the block & message from grindstones in all worlds.
Removed the compression between survival <-> bungee, wasn't sure it did anything.

Updated the maximum allowed players across all servers, and higher limit for "maximum" users to 75/50 on survival, which should give us some leeway to allow staff to bypass. Just a note to staff, please don't push us past 55 online, we can barely handle 50/50 on 1.18 We will get back there!
Added settings so I can setup a test server again (Whitelist staff only) so I can start playing around with performance tweaks not live! This whole re-building the server process is bonkers time consuming! Survival
Fixed the netherite axe in the Winter21 Treasure chest actually spawning with a name when it's won. I guess DM me if you won one that didn't spawn with a name and I will replace it at some point. Survival
Big woopsie happened while I was at work, the Disk got full on the dedi, because I still had all the transfer files, the whole 1.12 and 1.17 version of the server which was taking up most of the space and the backups are absolutely enormous now.
Sadly with how java works, when the disk gets full, it randomly just wipes files, this included the world borders! it looks like a bunch of you made a mad dash for the end cities!
So I would highly suggest giving your out of border loot back to @Moderator or @Admin so you were not exploiting any server glitches! (We will be looking it up!)
So I had to push a bunch of backups for files that randomly died. I most likely didn't get all of them so if you see any odd behavior from plugins pop a message into #deleted-channel
The "discord linked" files also got whacked, so you may need to re-discord link.
I figured out the TPS drops when the treasure key is dropped, it was nothing to do with the dropkey code, it was somehow the schedule system I used that told it how often to drop, it wasn't a plugin but part of my wrapper, extremely strange. So I have moved all my automatic schedules to the premium essentials plugin, sadly this does not look like its bloody doing them on time! 1 step forward 4 steps back!

âšī¸ Deckhand Claims ChestClaimDays & UnusedClaimDays are for the brand new claims with your first chest (Deckhands claims), Unused claims are empty claims that have not had anything built in them, or just trash like cobble and dirt. ChestClaimDays is a straight up empty claim with nothing in it.
âšī¸ The All Claims checks 1 random player every 1 min from the claims database, if they have been inactive 90 days it then checks if they have more than 1000 claim blocks or more than 2500 bonus blocks (Vote/Buying in-game/Store etc) if they do they they are ignored and their claims are permanent.
If the players gets checked randomly, they are offline 90 days and don't have those values then their claims are removed.
It is aggressive to clean up as many old claims as we can automatically, then once we are happy we will make it much higher, but most peolpe already bypass by having enough claim blocks or bonus blocks already and are safe!

Added a bypass permission for @Contributor to not receive Chat Missive group that advertise the store as you are already a contributor! This is entirely untested and i'm going off what the developers told me is the correct way to set this up haha, so I'll have to test it works when i'm home.
For @Admin I gave the /an announcement a default color to yellow, I have no idea why the default was grey that you cant read.
Modified the racist filter regex to hopefully not false positive again, but it is regex and i'm not the smartest man, so never say never!

Removed the /siege cooldown on the command due to people screwing up the command and not being able to use it again for an hour, this was left over legacy.
Fixed title when you kill someone no longer showing %otherplayer_iteminhand_<player>% and should display the item name again. This was due to me not installing the placeholder add-on for it.
âšī¸ We are aware that the /siege in the default GriefPrevention sucks and there are issues with it, as mentioned in https://piratemc.com/2022/01/15/piratecraft-updated-6-minecraft-versions-to-1-18-1/ Our old version was a Fork of GP, which means we require an active developer to keep our forked version updated.
What I would much prefer is a custom siege mechanic to my design specs as its own standalone plugin, but again it requires a developer. Please just be patient until we find someone that has the time to do such a project. The Siege blocks are not working at present and after testing today seems like an issue with the actual plugin itself. Survival

Created some Bot type detection for things like How do I sail or how do I set home which wont show the message to global and instead give them a clickable link with custom formatting.

Temporarily disabled /siege until the developers of GriefPrevention plugin fix soft blocks working, its causing too many problems with players sieging and getting angry that its not working. I have replaced the siege command with a message that explains that we are awaiting someone to fix it, someone must have broken it when they updated GP to 1.17/1.18.

Gave Deckhands a spawn kit again, turns out since 1.18 not a single deckhand has been giving a starting kit! they have been naked and empty! So any of them that have stuck around are top pirates! Looks like I never set it up to use the new GUI kit system when we did that change and it was using the old text version that broke!

Gave Deckhands some more starting food in their spawnkit and also some carrots/potatoes for a small farm because they used to be able to search the spawn ship for these things but the plugin that refilled these chest hasn't been updated in 6 years and does not work on 1.18!

Notifications and history of what the new farm control plugin is doing, I requested this feature from the developer since we lost it when we moved to this plugin and didn't release he added it for me in that update!

Re-created /kit boatswain_rankup not sure why this vanished, don't worry if you ranked up the permission was set! so you will now gain access to obtain your boatswain rankup kit of a becaon and this new item I created the Peeping {username} so its custom to you! Sadly I tried to make it a gradient but it wouldn't allow the name to populate in the gradient! Boo!

Improving your ping Introducing dynamic render distance for those with poor internet connections to dynamically reduce render distance when you have poor connection, also good for people with intermittent wifi!
Reduced how aggressive the anti-xray is, this is still on, but its going to be way less aggressive, I was reading PR's to the server software and a comment mentioned that having the anti xray turned to max actually sends more packets of data to peolple! Why this isn't commented in the docs I have no idea.

1.18 doubled the packet data sent to players, which has proven problematic for people further away to any Minecraft server, not just PirateCraft or just poor internet connections. Couple this with larger render distance and players not changing their render distance from default (Even after repeatedly asking them to do it!) this means maximum render distance of 7 chunks is being sent with these new 1.18 double data per chunk, choking peoples connections.
I have decided to look into methods to dynamically change peolpes render that does not require them to change their client settings, before I drop the render back down to 4, as a lot of us prefer having the option to have larger render (I do).
I did a poll, 90% of players just use default client values, and/or are worried about changing client settings.
âšī¸ The server software actually respects your client settings if you change your render distance in client the server sends less packets of data for chunks to you! YOU have control and need to be adapting your settings still.
âšī¸ If this does not work, I have another plan that I will implement of a hard render of 4 and my own custom opt in command to toggle 7 render without this dynamic plugin Website
Re-created the webpage redirect for https://mc.piratemc.com and gave it an SSL cert, for some reason some people try and use this as a website address instead of a server connection, so now this redirects to the website if they try and put the server IP into a browser, I had this before I had to re-build the server. Staff protected from PvP when they are in Duty now No more accidentally worrying if a staff member is doing something without knowing/checking tab or chat. They cant PvP you, you cant PvP them.
Staff now have a name tag show above their heads when they are in Duty mode so you can see when they are busy! I screwed up todays earlier update for the dynamic render distance, I uploaded the wrong plugin! Derp. Next restart tomorrow the dynamic render will activate Survival

Crews can now create a Discord channels to sync your in-game crew chat!
Crew Leaders use /crew discord create this costs £500 one time!
Private to your crew only! You can write between Discord <-> In-game Crew chat!
Nice way to quickly search/history/keep updated with your crew on the go!
Requirements; At least 3 verified Crew members, £500 in-game and the Crew leader has to run the command.
There's a hard limit of 100 crew channels that can be made (100 crews) due to limits with Discord channels, so its first come first serve.
âšī¸ I will reduce the price later on, waiting for feedback from staff on price, for now its the same price as setting a crew home. Survival

Nerfed respawn_anchor explosion damage to match end crystal power, as that boi packs a punch! My god does that do some damage! Prevent this being used in PvP for 1 shot kills (Personally I like that ) But I can see why people would get upset getting blown up by one. Locker is back up and working! When I moved from 1.12.2 to 1.18, I decided to get rid of the per-world inventory plugin as it was a massive overhead saving every single persons inventory every time you interacted with something, this was only on the server to have a separate inventory for the Locker! So I wrote a script today to that saves/restores inventory when entering and leaving the locker. Took the time to improve it while I was at it.
@Moderator @Admin Locker now requires a reason, which is saved as a Warning to the player so they know the reason they were sent to the locker and its logged.
/locker <username> <reason> (You have no idea how tempted I was to locker people automatically that try this command that do not have permission )
Now forces a reason/warning.
Custom message is sent with the warning message to the user thats been sent to the player, see screenshot.
Inv is saved then wiped when entering the locker, so players always have fresh inventories if they have visited the locker before.
Inventory is restored when getting yourself out of the locker or staff use /unlocker (Even more tempted to wipe inv if people thy this while in the locker)
Manual unlockers are logged to mod chat so staff can see it.
âšī¸ WTF is the locker?
The locker is a punishment, its a purgatory world that I came up with. You are sent here with no tools, armor, food which you cannot get in this world!
The only way to get out is to mine sand by hand, buy sand Dollars and then use those Sand Dollars to pay Davy Jones to pay your debt out of this world!
You can not use any commands or chat in the locker.

I have specifically added this to get a timings report for when it creates a TPS drop so I can report the issue to the developer @Helper Keep an eye out for the message that pops up and watch tps to see if it still does this.
This will most likely start cleaning up entities that were not covered by the other entity managing plugin, Most importantly Villagers. But everyone's had plenty of warning!

Villagers seem to still be the number one source of server resources, even after that mini purge for liming them per chunk! I underestimated how rubbish their path finding/POI system is! If anyone can find a better POI replacement for Villagers, PLEASE send it to me! I cant seem to find a replacement, other than a plugin that you right click a block on them to set their profession, then the POI may be entirely disabled? Not sure.
Trialing a hard nerf on giant villager farms, those with over 50 villagers+ all within 160 blocks of each other, this is reversible and can be changed live, so don't panic.
A hard nerf means these two settings are added: remove-awareness Removes the entity's ability to pathfind.
and disable-collisions Stops the entity from colliding with other entities.
They should still function as villagers! This should hopefully stop them all trying to find a Point of interest, especially those giant farms with pre 1.14 villagers of players that are long gone with mammoth farms with old villagers in that have no profession! These will all have to be cleared up by admins over time.
Just be in contact with staff if this somehow drastically changes villy farms (Other than setting POI), I will only be able to know if this makes a big difference when we are full again, so I may need to wait until the weekend Website
